A little help with your plans.
Create personal and team calendars, plan events, and share access with the people who need it.
01
Get started
Each account starts with its own personal workspace and a calendar called My calendar. You can keep using it privately, share it, or add team workspaces.
- Create an account with your name, handle, email address, and password, or sign in to an existing account.
- Open your calendar and choose New event. Add a title, start and end, and any location or notes.
- Choose Create event to save. Select the event later to view or edit its details.
02
Personal calendars and team workspaces
Use the + beside Your calendars to create another calendar. Choose Personal or a team workspace you belong to, then set its name, color, and timezone.
Choose Create team workspace in the sidebar to make a workspace with an initial Team calendar. Members can create additional calendars in that workspace and become owners of the calendars they create.
Access is granted per calendar. Joining a team calendar does not automatically reveal every calendar in the workspace. The workspace owner can manage all calendars in their workspace.
Sharing a personal calendar grants access only to that calendar. Guests cannot see your other personal calendars or create calendars in your personal workspace. Shared personal calendars appear under Shared with me.
03
Find your way around
Select a calendar in the sidebar, then switch between Week, Month, and Agenda. Use the arrows to move through dates and Today to return to the current period.
On mobile, Agenda opens by default. Open the navigation menu to switch calendars or create a workspace.
The calendar refreshes after changes, when you return to the window, and every 30 seconds while the page is visible.
04
Events and timezones
Events can have a title, location, and notes. Choose a timed event or turn on All day. For an all-day event spanning multiple days, Ends is the last included day.
The calendar displays timed events in your browser’s timezone. New events use the selected calendar’s timezone by default; you can choose a different timezone in the event form. All-day events keep their calendar dates across timezones.
Calendar owners can use Settings on desktop to change the calendar name, color, and default timezone. Existing events keep the timezone they were created in.
05
Repeating events
Choose Every day or Every week in Repeats. Leave Repeat until blank for an ongoing series, or select the last date on which an occurrence may start.
Editing or deleting a repeating event affects the whole series, including past occurrences. Changing only one occurrence is not supported in this version.
Repeats preserve the local start time in the event’s timezone and the event’s elapsed duration through daylight-saving changes. A start time in a skipped hour moves forward; an ambiguous time uses its earlier occurrence.
07
Handles and public calendars
Users and organizations share one handle namespace. New accounts and organizations choose a handle; existing owners can choose one in Profile settings. Handles use 3–30 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores and are case-insensitive. Changing a handle releases the old one immediately; old links do not redirect and may later belong to someone else.
Accounts and organizations start private. Open your profile, or an organization profile you own, choose calendars, set visibility to Public, and save. Only ongoing and upcoming event titles, dates and times are public. Notes, locations, email addresses and membership details stay private. New calendars are never selected automatically.
Public calendars open without signing in at /@handle. Add .md for a plain Markdown response with the same public information. The initial view covers the next 30 days; week, month and agenda navigation are available. Public pages request no search indexing and are omitted from the sitemap.
Making a profile private disables its public HTML, Markdown and data endpoints. Only personal calendars in your own workspace or calendars in an organization you own can be published. Calendars shared with you cannot be republished.
08
Account and troubleshooting
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to request a password-reset link. Use the sign-out button beside your account in the sidebar to end your session.
Account deletion is handled manually. Email mohit@blupp.co from your account email address to request it. The privacy policy describes retention and deletion limits.
- An expired or revoked invitation needs a new link from a calendar owner.
- View only means you can read events but cannot change them. Ask an owner for editor access if you need to make changes.
- If a save fails, the form keeps your changes so you can retry. If access was removed, ask the owner to restore it.
- The app requires an internet connection. If a calendar is not loading, reconnect and use Retry or reload the page.
