Personal and team calendarsExplore teams

How it works

A few steps.
Plans you can share.

Start with a calendar in mmddyy. Add events and invite people to view or edit it.

  1. 01

    Create your calendars.

Create an account to start with My calendar in your personal workspace. Add another personal calendar or create a team workspace with its own Team calendar.

Names · Colors · Calendar timezones

  2. 02

    Add your next event.

Choose a title, dates and times, and any location or notes. Use all-day events for date-based plans, or daily and weekly repeats for regular events.

Timed events · All-day plans · Repeating series

  3. 03

    Invite people to a calendar.

Open Share calendar, choose Viewer or Editor, and create an invite link. Send it to the people you want to join. Recipients sign in or create an account, then accept the invitation.

Calendar access · Sign-in required · Links expire after seven days

  4. 04

Keep shared plans up to date.

Use week, month, or agenda views. Editors can update events, and owners can manage access. The calendar refreshes after changes, when you return to the window, and every 30 seconds while visible.

View events · Edit plans · Manage members

Know what you’re sharing

One calendar. Clear access.

Viewers can read event details. Editors can also create, edit, and delete events. Owners manage settings, members, and invite links.

An active invite link can be used by anyone who has it and signs in. Revoking it stops new joins but does not remove existing members. Removing a member does not revoke links they still hold.
