Operator and agreement

mmddyy is operated by Blupp Infotech Private Limited, Delhi, India (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the mmddyy website and calendar service, including access through our CLI and MCP integrations. Contact us at mohit@blupp.co.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The current service

mmddyy provides personal and team calendars, events, calendar invite links, and optional public calendars. The documentation describes current features and limitations. A calendar invite link grants calendar access after sign-in; it is not an appointment-booking service.

Features labeled “Planned” and ideas discussed in product-direction essays are not available features or commitments to deliver them. Google, Outlook, and Apple sync, automatic scheduling, and automatic focus protection are not available in v1.

The current version has no billing or paid subscriptions. Future pricing is not finalized. These terms do not authorize any charge; any future paid service would require separate pricing and payment terms.

Your account and responsibilities

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for reviewing the permissions of connected apps. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious content, impersonate others, or use the service to infringe another person’s privacy or other rights.

Your content and sharing choices

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service and carry out your sharing and publication choices. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Before inviting people or publishing calendars, ensure you have authority to share the information, including information about other people. Calendar viewers can read event details, and editors can change or delete events. Workspace owners can manage calendars in their team workspace.

Active invite links can be used by anyone who has the link and signs in. Public calendars can be read without an account. Removing access or making a profile private cannot retract copies someone already obtained. The sharing guide explains link expiry, revocation, and member removal.

Connected apps and external services

You decide whether to connect third-party apps and grant permissions. Their services and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control what they do with information they have already received.

Review permissions before approving a connection and use Connected Apps to revoke future access when needed. Signing out of the website does not revoke independent app connections.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. It may have errors, interruptions, or limitations, and we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular scheduling outcome, or delivery of roadmap features. Check important event details yourself. The current version does not send event reminders.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. Do not use roadmap statements as a guarantee of future functionality. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Stopping use and account deletion

You may stop using mmddyy at any time. To request account deletion, email mohit@blupp.co from your account email address. Requests are handled manually and may require identity verification or clarification about shared team records. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, violations of these terms, or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is an error. Deleting an account or ending access does not erase obligations or rights that arose before termination.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may revise these terms as the service changes. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the current terms; revisions remain subject to applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal protections and rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
